The Services screen displays the current status of all essential ScaleArc service processes. If needed, it also provides the ability to restart selected services. The ScaleArc watchdog service is responsible for continually monitoring the state of essential services. Under normal circumstances, the watchdog service automatically restarts any failed services.

Note that the service restart function should be used only by advanced operators or under the guidance of ScaleArc Support at support@scalearc.com or call +1-855-800-SCAL(7225). 

Configure system services

1. Click the Settings tab > System Settings on the ScaleArc dashboard.
   
   
   
2. Click the Services tab.
   
   
    

3. Select the service and click Restart Selected Services. 
   

   The default refresh time is ten seconds. To change the refresh interval, enter a new number in the field on top of the screen.
