ScaleArc recommends these additional settings as a best practice during activation. If necessary, contact ScaleArc Support at 855-800-7225 (+1-408-412-7315) to configure the following:

• Network settings
• System settings
• Alerts
• High Availability (HA)
• Any license upgrade for adding capacity. 

Configure users

ScaleArc offers you a few ways to set up and manage users. Select the option best suited for you:

• Manual set up
• Windows AD with Kerberos
• Windows AD with RODC
• Azure Active Directory
